Named for the Greek heir and playboy,
Stavros Niarchos, this week's nacho creation is a delectable mix of Greek ingredients. I topped crispy pita with a spicy ground lamb mixture. Instead of using cheddar or Monterey jack, I used salty feta and creamy goat cheese.
Last week before interviewing Marcus Samuelsson, I ate his African spiced lamb chops and mango lime couscous. The pairing was delicious: the meat was moist and succulent and the couscous flavorful and exotic.
While the ingredients were not grossly insane, the method for eating the dish was out of the ordinary.

There are plenty of vegetarian dads in this world, but most people seem to associate
Father's Day (this Sunday!) with manly, meat-centric meals. I have to admit that I am one of those people. But since it's the middle of Summer, I've rounded up some lighter versions of dad-tastic dishes that you can enjoy with the men in your life.

This week I'm planning a Moroccan-themed dinner. All of my friends will be attending a big birthday bash on Saturday night, so I thought it would be fun to get together early and have a delicious dinner. Instead of sending
invitations, I've called everyone to personally invite them to dinner.
