Yesterday I gave you some tips about
scoring restaurant reservations on your honeymoon, but how about planning an entirely food-centric getaway? Many galloping gourmets choose a
destination city known for its dining — think Las Vegas, New York, and London — but you can also take it a step further and give your whole honeymoon a
culinary flavor. Here are five honeymoon ideas for food-loving couples.

If you're a foodie who's headed out on a honeymoon, you're probably more worried about booking restaurant reservations than you are about booking a massage. After all, we wouldn't want to travel to exotic locales and miss out on the culinary highlights, would we? Thankfully, finding and securing the right restaurant reservations on your honeymoon just takes some planning.

On Monday we rounded up some tips to ensure that you
eat well on your honeymoon, and today I'm going to supplement that list with a few tips on how to find the best restaurants in your honeymoon destination. In fact these tips don't limit themselves to honeymooners, as they could come in handy for anyone planning a trip.
- First of all, determine where in the world you're going.

We've finally reached my favorite part of
wedding season: the honeymoon! Whether you're relaxing at a spa, lounging on the beach, or adventuring in the mountains, food is an important part of any honeymoon:
- Romantic meals like a picnic under the stars or a rooftop candlelight dinner will add intimacy and excitement and can fit into any honeymoon budget.
- Speak with your hotel concierge, travel agent, or trip planner to see about arranging special dining situations. Mention that you are on your honeymoon and want to plan something memorable and romantic.
- If you and your new husband are total foodies, consider a culinary honeymoon in which you take cooking classes or rent a small villa with a private chef.
- Once you've decided on your honeymoon location do your homework.
