Today is National Chocolate Cupcake Day, so I knew I'd have to find a fabulous chocolate cupcake to use as Cupcake of the Week. Luckily my search didn't take too long — there are a lot of amazing cupcakes out there! — and I soon found these Mexican Hot Chocolate Cupcakes from flickr user ciao chow. 
I usually end up creating at least one cupcake yummy link each week, so I thought I'd go ahead and make it official. From now on, I'll pick a weekly cupcake for your viewing enjoyment. To start things off, I've found these lovely "Love Shack" cupcakes from the Destin, Florida bakery Cupcake Beach.
