A little while back, YumSugar tasted and reviewed Batter Blaster, the pancake batter in a bottle. While she used the squirt-able batter to make surprisingly good-tasting pancakes, our friends at Grocery Eats recently used their batter blaster to make deep-fried pancakes. At first glance, these crispy pancakes look like delicious funnel cakes.

I was perusing the dairy section of my local Whole Foods Market when something caught my eye. There, on the top shelf, glinting like a jewel, was Organic Batter Blaster. At first I thought, WHAT??.

I just recently came across a "fantastic" new product called Batter Blaster. Instead of whipping up your own pancake batter, or even using the just add water kind, you just shake, point, blast and cook. I don't know about you guys, but I think this is a bit ridiculous.
