Back in November
I told you that Daisy Lowe had been snapped up as the new face of Marc by Marc Jacobs. Well, today the first images of her campaign have been released and I think you're going to be impressed! The campaign was shot, like all of Marc's ads, by Juergen Teller and although it's not as controversial as those
Victoria Beckham pictures it has turned out quite well!
There's no snow in SF, but that won't stop me from dreaming of a white
Christmas. To get in the
holiday spirit, I attended a white Christmas ball last weekend. The theme was white, but I asked you to get creative with your choices.
Black and blue keeps on going and going. Anne Hathaway dabbled with the color combination via her navy Marc Jacobs wrap dress back when she attended
the David Letterman Show in October. She added black with opaque tights, pumps, and a Ferragamo bag.
Check it: hearts aren't just for
Valentine's Day and
love letters. I'm urging you to add hot heart prints to your wardrobe. These aren't sappy heart prints; think colorful graphics and bold statements.
I can't believe it's already December! That means I better get my
holiday shopping done stat. Buying gifts for other people is not an easy task, but luckily, I have
awesome gift guides to help me out.
Madonna's highly anticipated ads for Louis Vuitton are out! The Parisian-themed campaign, shot in LA by Steven Meisel, depicts the ageless pop star in a smokey French cafe looking tres chic in her LV. “She’s so sure of herself as an icon and as a woman,"
says creative director Marc Jacobs.
I confess: I'm a hoodie addict. I wear mine when I'm feeling casual, and always when I'm walking my dog. This
Marc by Marc Jacobs Mariko Hoodie ($149, originally $248) is perfection.
Try to peel your eyes of Marc Jacobs's glistening bod and focus on the bag.
The graffiti prints and Day-Glo colors are all part of the Louis Vuitton's limited-edition capsule collection
honoring the late Stephen Sprouse.
In his homage, Jacobs uses Sprouse's famous graffiti and rose prints to create a pop art collection of bags, footwear, and clothes.

Come on everyone, it's time to join the patchwork party. This homespun look offers a fresh approach to hippie-inspired DIY using a hodgepodge of colorful tones and textures.
Whitney Port is all legs in her country-inspired patchwork dress, seen left.
