Fab thank yous are gifts for people who help you out on the regular. I'm talking about the loyal dog walker, friendly door man, or nice neighbor. For example, try a cool headband for your stylish manicurist or a luxe wallet for your accountant.

You can count on Kate Spade to infuse full-on girliness into her holiday décor. Spade's candy-colored
Holly Heights Tidbit Plates ($50) are good enough to eat! The set of two green/yellow and two red/pink plates has ample festivity for holiday entertaining, but the central starry snowflake pattern is subtle enough that you can pull off the plates all year long.

Debra stepped out like Wonder Woman at
Saks's 10th Annual Key to the Cure charity kick-off party. Literally. She is wearing a Diane von Furstenberg dress from
Furstenberg's new WW clothing collection.

Almost anything can be upgraded for a price. Born in 1965, Maclaren is one of the oldest and respected brands in the stroller land. Celebs like Michelle Williams, Dave Grohl, and Melania Trump all chose the British-based buggies to tote their loved ones.

One color is just not interesting enough anymore. Agreed.
Colorblocking is always fun, and in small doses, like on a Marc Jacobs clutch, it's even more fun.

Nothing says I enjoy being a girl like wearing a pair of pretty pink shoes. These three very different gals showed their feminine sides in pink-hued lovelies. While Selma and Ashley used the color for pop with black on top, the ever-experimental
Katy Perry wore pink flats with her bubbly Falls halter dress.

Under the direction of new creative director and co-president Deborah Lloyd, look forward to a hefty crop of apparel from Kate Spade. After an initial launch exclusively in Kate Spade stores next Spring, the clothing collection will be
available for wholesale in the Fall of 2009.
The full Spring collection, which is boasted by Lloyd to have more apparel than ever before, will sell at retailers including Saks, Bloomingdale’s, and Nordstrom.
Accessories Report: Extras For Evening
Go for baroque with bags, shoes, and jewelry perfect for twilight like these Kate Spade silk-viscose-satin pumps.
I tend to go for laptop bags with a little more flair than a simple portfolio, but this
Belle Meade laptop bag by Kate Spade is like a shrewd, serious business woman — with a discernible edge of sexiness (think Maggie Gyllenhaal in
Secretary). It's the sumptuous-looking leather that does it for me, and keeps the bag from looking too "professional."
I'm smitten with all the colors (red, black, and brown), and adding to that buttoned-up sexiness I was alluding to is hidden inside: leopard-print lining.

I can only imagine how nervous designer Deborah Lloyd must be feeling. Her first full collection for Kate Spade
was unveiled and you know everyone is judging it with an editor's eye; I'm no exception. The designer said she played with scale and color but kept the DNA of Kate Spade consistent.
