The October issue of Bon Appétit unveils the winners of the 11th Annual Bon Appétit Awards. The honors are awarded to the "most inspirational, influential, and innovative" tastemakers in the world of food. The headline honor, Chef of the Year, went to Michael Psilakis, head chef at Manhattan's Anthos, for being the person who "totally reinvented" Greek cuisine.

Bravo's Schedule: Runway in July, Shows on Mondays, and Donatella
In addition to new Runway and shows on Monday, Bravo has created a new series focusing on Donatella Arpaia, a New York restaurateur and Zagat-dubbed "hostess with the mostess" — you may remember her as a judge from The Next Iron Chef — as she attempts to triple her culinary empire over a six-month period.
