I would love for it to become Washington D.C.... because I just moved out to the area this year and I think there is a lot of potential... there are definitely some good eats... so many I want to go to and try. Also, believe it or not, Baltimore can easily become a hot spot... it has a lot to offer as well. I'm sick of the same places (NYC, LA, Miami, etc)!

I think it's San Francisco. New York is a fabulous fooderie, but San Francisco is definitely hot. To the poster who replied Washington, DC I totally agree! Washington has some spectacular restaurants. I eat well Smiling

I would love to try some creole from New Orleans! Wait, how come Boston isn't represented? A little clam chowder right now would be great!

I just moved to Chicago this year from D.C. and I am astonished by the amazing food that's all over the city! Chi-town all the way!

Denver/Boulder should be on here, a good number of restaurants keep ending up on top lists likeBest New Chef or best restaurant in a bunch of the food mags.

Las Vegas has definitely moved up the scale even though it's rarely recognized. Difficult city to live in with such great restaurants that are soooo expensive!

I live in NYC so naturally I think it's the best but I love to visit Chicago to get some ribs, an italian beef sandwich, or a very different slice of pizza.

I understand why the top pick was New York, as they have such variety. I chose Las Vegas, because they have everything, on a huge price range. Everyone can get what they like for an affordable price, if you look!

Chicago and New Orleans. Although I agree that Washington has some pretty tasty eats as well. Chicago has a large range of fantastic food from pizza and hot dogs to Ambria and Charlie Trotter's. Yum!
